Mossy Nissan Oceanside and Infiniti of Oceanside are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Director to join our winning team.
This is a rare opportunity for a high-caliber, experienced leader to oversee two respected brands operating under one roof.
Employees in this position will be paid a base salary, plus commissions. Commission amounts vary based on performance, with the expected average annual earnings of $125,000 to $225,000.

What You’ll Oversee- Service Advisors
- Technicians
- Lube & Line Technicians
- Lot Attendants
- Detailers
- Set and execute strategic goals for service department growth
- Drive increased profits through customer loyalty and retention
- Identify performance improvement opportunities that maximize customer satisfaction
- Hire, train, motivate, and monitor department productivity
- Lead process improvement and KPI performance management
- Maintain strong manufacturer and operational standards
- Proven sales skills with a strong closing and upsell track record
- Superior people and communication skills
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to build culture
- Solid management and financial acumen
- Great computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems
- Prior experience as a Service Director, Fixed Operations Manager, or high-performing Service Manager
- Previous top-performing Service Advisor experience (strongly preferred)
