Service Manager

Mossy Nissan Oceanside and Infiniti of Oceanside are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Director to join our winning team.

This is a rare opportunity for a high-caliber, experienced leader to oversee two respected brands operating under one roof.

Employees in this position will be paid a base salary, plus commissions. Commission amounts vary based on performance, with the expected average annual earnings of $125,000 to $225,000.

• Set and execute strategic goals for service department growth
• Drive increased profits through customer loyalty and retention
• Identify performance improvement opportunities that maximize customer satisfaction
• Hire, train, motivate, and monitor department productivity
• Lead process improvement and KPI performance management
• Maintain strong manufacturer and operational standards

• Proven sales skills with a strong closing and upsell track record
• Superior people and communication skills
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to build culture
• Solid management and financial acumen
• Great computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems
• Prior experience as a Service Director, Fixed Operations Manager, or high-performing Service Manager
• Previous top-performing Service Advisor experience (strongly preferred)
