Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join a reputable manufacturing team in Oceanside, California. This role requires an individual with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery, ensuring precision and accuracy in the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications to ensure proper machine setup and operation.
- Monitor machinery performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure efficiency.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and minimize waste.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during machine operation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
- Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm
PayPay range of $22 - $25 per hour
