Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Looking for a Solder Technician job where you're more than just a number on a clipboard? Here's the deal: we're hiring dependable team members who keep everything running - and we know the work doesn't happen without you.

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of applicable experience
- Able to repetitively lift 30 lbs.
- Experience with soldering, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to distinguish colored wires and electronic components
- Read Customer Specification Sheets (CSS) and work orders to complete assemblies accurately
- Assemble electronic components, cable sets, and subassemblies according to specifications
- Perform soldering, crimping, cable cutting, stripping, pull testing, and electrical testing
- Operate hand tools, soldering equipment, stripping machines, electrical meters, and automated test equipment
- Package finished products, apply labels, and prepare shipments
- Record production quantities and inspection results on travelers and production logs
- Identify and report quality or production issues to supervisors or quality inspectors
- Assist with product repair and rework when production lines are down
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
