Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling components, deburring parts, and sanding materials to ensure high-quality finished products that meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and blueprints

* Perform deburring to remove excess material, sharp edges, or imperfections

* Sand surfaces to achieve smooth finishes and proper specifications

* Inspect parts for defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues

* Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively

* Maintain a clean and organized work area

* Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

* Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

* Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred

* Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools

* Strong attention to detail and quality control

* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Work Environment:

* Fast-paced manufacturing setting

* Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery (PPE provided)
