Job Title:

Assembly Associate - Lighting Products

Position Summary:

The Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling lighting fixtures and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and maintaining quality standards to ensure safe and functional lighting products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble lighting fixtures, housings, and components according to work instructions

* Perform basic wiring of LED components, drivers, and connectors

* Use hand and power tools (screwdrivers, drills, crimpers)

* Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

* Follow diagrams, blueprints, and production travelers

* Package finished products for shipment

* Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S standards)

* Report defects, damaged materials, or safety concerns to supervisors

* Meet daily production goals and efficiency standards

Qualifications:

* 6+ months of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

* Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical assembly

* Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams

* Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred

Skills:

* Experience with electrical or LED assembly

* Familiarity with wiring, crimping, and connectors

* Understanding of basic quality control processes

Work Environment:

* Manufacturing/warehouse setting

* Repetitive tasks and fast-paced production line

* May require PPE (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)
