NO Experience Needed

AM Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 an hour depending on experience

As a Label Operator you will: label, ink stamp, overcoat and etch outlined information on detail components and assemblies using general shop tools and equipment.

• Perform label, ink stamp and etch duties on components and assemblies.
• Use general shop and hand tools.
• Wear special PPE when required (respirators, safety glasses).
• Follow documented manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Produce quality parts and meet individual productivity goals.
• Clean and maintain work areas as part of the 5S program.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Follow all Steico Policies, including attendance.
• Communicate well with leads and coworkers to achieve department goals.
• Perform other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate.

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, easily understood manner.
• English verbal and written skills.
• Ability to wear special PPE required for the job (respirators and safety glasses).

• High School diploma / General Education completion.
• No experience needed.
• Basic math skills for addition and subtraction.
• General understanding of manufacturing processes and use of hand tools.
