Overview
Manufacturing Bioprocess Technician I – Join a dynamic team at the forefront of groundbreaking biomedical innovation. In this role, you will operate sophisticated production equipment across raw material handling, cell culture, purification, and formulation stages, following strict cGMP regulations and standard operating procedures in a highly automated and controlled Single‑Use Manufacturing Facility. Your work will ensure the quality, safety, and efficacy of life‑saving biopharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain production equipment throughout all stages of manufacturing.
- Follow cGMP regulations and SOPs to ensure product quality.
- Document processes and collaborate with the team for continuous improvement.
- Ability to learn quickly and grasp technical instructions with ease.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with automated systems.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Independence balanced with excellent teamwork skills.
- Good judgment to identify and mitigate non‑routine issues.
- Effective communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with aseptic techniques, bioreactor operations, chromatography systems, or cell culture.
- Basic computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft and Google platforms.
- Prior exposure to GMP environments or bioprocess manufacturing.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degrees or certificates in life sciences, engineering, or biotech preferred.
- Prior manufacturing or laboratory experience is a plus but not required for eager learners.
- Willingness to work various 10‑hour shifts, including days, swing, and nights.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cleanroom conditions with appropriate gowning.
- Must pass all necessary certifications and safety tests and be able to work with Hazmat materials in a regulated environment.
- Not sponsoring visas or offering relocation assistance.
- Competitive pay starting at $22/hour, with overtime and shift differentials for evening/night shifts.
