AM Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30PM

As a Mechanical Clean Operator, you will:
The mechanical clean position is responsible for manually polishing tube assemblies in preparation for Penetrant Inspection and Anodize using shop tools that meet the customer and STEICO drawings/specifications created within the documented manufacturing processes provided by STEICO.
What will my responsibilities include?
- Assess parts to be polished for imperfection.
- Polish parts using manual tools such as buffer and bench grinders.
- Aqueous clean parts after they have been polished.
- Measuring of wall thickness for compliance using calibrated tools.
- Communicate with lead any issues or delays.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate.
What key skills and experience do I need?
- No experience necessary; will train on the job, however any type of metal or wood fabricating is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
