Job SummaryAssembles electronic components and wiring using hand and power tools, ensuring quality, safety, and proper installation while working efficiently in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)- Primary duties will be to assemble fixtures, mounting electronic components, and installing them into larger assemblies or casings.
- Ensure the proper installation of electric wiring, and test or troubleshoot equipment before it is put into or returned to service.
- In this career, you can assemble these components by hand or with small tools.
- An assembler is tasked to assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products.
- The use of hand tools such as power tools (drills), crimps, wire strippers, screws, bolts, rivets, press fits, or similar hand tools is a must.
- Follow all security rules and safety policies.
- Follow the instructions and quality guidelines.
- Learn and perform manual tool operations.
- Attention to detail when completing the required work efforts.
- Work with others in a team environment.
