Food Production Associate – Peeling Department

Schedule:

Monday–Friday Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: DOE

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Food Production Associates to join our Peeling Department. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food products by peeling and processing ingredients while maintaining quality, food safety, and production standards in a refrigerated manufacturing environment.

• Peel and prepare food products according to production specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and remove any defective items.
• Maintain production pace while meeting daily goals.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Safely use production tools and equipment.
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable with good attendance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English for safety and training purposes.

• Cold/refrigerated production environment.
• Standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

• Hairnet and beard net (if applicable) required.
• Company-provided smock or protective clothing must be worn.
• Safety gloves and cut-resistant gloves required when applicable.
• Slip-resistant, closed-toe shoes are required.
• No jewelry, watches, facial piercings, or loose accessories.
• No acrylic nails, nail polish, or false eyelashes permitted in the production area.
