Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling components, deburring parts, and sanding materials to ensure high-quality finished products that meet company standards.

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and blueprints
• Perform deburring to remove excess material, sharp edges, or imperfections
• Sand surfaces to achieve smooth finishes and proper specifications
• Inspect parts for defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery (PPE provided)
• May require repetitive tasks and manual dexterity
