The Marketing Communications Manager will execute and implement effective marketing and communications programs for Frontwave Credit Union’s products and services. This role will optimize marketing efforts to keep Frontwave Credit Union top-of-mind by acquiring and retaining engaged members while also deepening relationships with new and existing membership through product and service acquisition. The Marketing Communications Manager will perpetuate the brand through relevant, timely and compelling communication that builds affinity and causes people to act.

Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities and Duties- Manage best-in-class marketing and communication strategies aimed at driving top-of-mind awareness.
- Assist the Vice President of Marketing with the development of marketing tactical plans, programs, and accompanying budgets.
- Oversee the development of appropriate marketing programs and tools designed to extend the Frontwave brand and build emotional connections with members, employees, and the community.
- Manage the execution of marketing communications, namely member journeys, newsletter articles, online materials, promotional/campaign materials, promotional items, press releases, internal communications in support of Frontwave’s marketing communications strategies that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products and services.
