Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 Hourly

• Direct personal care such as assistance with ambulation, eating, grooming, personal hygiene, bathroom assistance including transferring, and medication administration.
• Complete necessary documentation, including therapy data collection, special incident reports, daily activity schedule for clients, medication documentation, and other forms as requested by supervisors.
• Administer and document individual medications and provide medical and/or first‑aid treatment instructed by nursing staff.
• Protect individual rights, safety, welfare, and health at all times for those we serve.
• Ensure that choices are an integral part of a resident’s day and are available; honor individual choice whenever possible based on safety and individual needs/restrictions.
• Participate in staff meetings, progress reviews, in‑service training, and other meetings as assigned.
• Deliver individual program plans/goals and behavior support plans as designed; actively support all persons served.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of related experience.
• Must pass a criminal background check and have an acceptable driving history.

$22.00 – $25.00 Hourly
