We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a leading children’s hospital system in Southern California. This role involves working in a pediatric urgent care setting, providing exceptional care to infants, children, and adolescents presenting with a wide variety of acute conditions.

• Perform triage and deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients with acute and urgent needs.

• Administer medications and immunizations as appropriate.

• Assist with minor procedures including wound care, splinting, suturing, and nebulizer treatments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and family-centered care.

• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.

• Maintain compliance with all infection control, PPE, and universal precautions.

• Active California RN License (pending license accepted with confirmed posting ETA)

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Pediatrics or Emergency Department

• Experience performing triage on pediatric patients required

• Certifications:

  • BLS (AHA)

  • PALS

• Charting: Any electronic medical record system

• First-time travelers accepted if pediatric and triage experience is strong
