Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a registered nurse to manage case reviews and develop patient-centered care plans under the supervision of the Nursing Manager and providers. The nurse will ensure medical plans are followed and documentation is accurate.
The role requires at least 1 year of hands-on patient care with underserved populations, California RN licensure, and CPR/ALS/HTLS/ATLS or Advanced Resuscitation Training as appropriate. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
