CRF Behavioral Health Nurses in Oceanside is seeking a Nurse - LVN/LPT for per diem shifts. The role involves assessing clients’ mental and physical health and developing treatment plans, with opportunities to consult with psychiatrists and other health professionals.
You will coordinate care with outside providers to support long-term medication management and community care, while ensuring safe medication handling and documentation. BLS and CA-LVN/LPT licensure are required.
