Now Hiring Quality Assurance Technician — Oceanside, CA

Pay Rate: $20.50 - $21.50 per hour

Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM

• Inspect, measure, and ensure every product meets quality standards before it hits the floor; monitor production conditions, process controls, CCPs, and HACCP programs while verifying GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, and sanitation effectiveness through inspections, ATP swabs, environmental sampling, and audits.
• Test and document product specifications such as pH, temperature, brix, volumes, weights, torques, lot codes, labels, HPP settings, and equipment calibrations.
• Track non-conforming products and support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• Support laboratory duties, shipping and receiving verification, inventory checks, database documentation, and cross-functional quality tasks.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience:
  
  1 year of quality assurance experience.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ability to catch the "small stuff" that keeps the "big stuff" moving.
• Physical Ability:
  Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift up to 50 lbs. when needed.
• Attitude:
  Reliable, steady, and committed to quality.
