Position OverviewUltimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Medical Device Quality Technician to join their client's team in Oceanside, California. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and compliance of medical devices within a dynamic and regulated environment. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards in product quality.
Responsibilities- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks of medical devices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Document and report any defects or non‑conformities found during inspections.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing results.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Ensure that all safety and regulatory guidelines are strictly followed.
- 1–2 years of previous experience in a quality control role, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment.
6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday with opportunities for overtime.
PayPay range for this position is $20–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
