Customer Service & Sales Associate

We are looking for a versatile Customer Service & Sales Associate who can bridge the gap between our technical product line and our community of divers.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a small-business environment. You’ll be the voice of JBL, guiding both our long-standing dealer network and our direct-to-consumer fans toward the right equipment for their next hunt.

• Customer Support: Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email with expert etiquette and in-depth product knowledge.
• Order Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, including order entry, invoicing, and posting.
• Digital Platform Support: Assist in managing listings and orders across Amazon and other e-commerce web platforms such as Shopify.
• Administrative Flow: Maintain organized records and data using internal software and cloud-based tools.

• Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Small Business Mindset: Ability to shift priorities efficiently between tasks and help out where needed—flexibility is key.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Software Advantage: Prior experience with Sage Business Works is a significant plus (though we are happy to train the right person).
