Job Overview
The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities- Share love of beauty trends and product knowledge with customers.
- Maintain a quick, easy, and fun customer experience while guiding customers toward great deals.
- Keep the sales floor clean and complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is checked in and accurately ticketed.
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolution.
- Assist the team with re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.
- Enthusiasm, sense of adventure, and a glass‑half‑full attitude.
- Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Calm head in a busy retail environment.
- Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; handling bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10lbs and occasionally up to 25lbs.
Pay Range$18.85 – $19.65 hourly.
