AT&T Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager – Hiring Immediately – No Bonus Caps! Blue Link Wireless LLC

Salary range for this position is $19 per hour - $25 per hour with a bonus of $10k-$30k plus. Responsibilities
  • Retail Assistant Store Managers are the cornerstone of the retail experience, serving as the face of Blue Link Wireless and the AT&T brand. You’ll be responsible for supporting our sales team in your store to ensure they are able to demonstrate the wide array of products, services, and entertainment options available to our customers, creating personalized solutions for every person that walks through the door through leading by example.

Top performing full-time Retail Assistant Store Managers can earn up to $40+ per hour if sales goals and training expectations are met. Commissions are based on sales and performance goals set for a given market.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assisting Store Leader in the daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store
  • Acting Store Leader while on shift and when Store Leader is not present
  • Staying current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices
  • Achieving monthly goals and objectives
  • Fostering a positive store culture for employees and customers
  • Assisting Store Leader in maintaining adequate inventory levels
  • Assisting in completing accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts, pricing, and physical inventories
  • Maintaining training requirements for yourself and your team
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
  • Working side by side with the store manager
  • Assisting with leading, coaching, and motivating your team of AT&T Wireless Sales Professionals
  • Working to ensure all operational practices meet the standards of both AT&T Wireless and Blue Link Wireless while training to become a Store Manager
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of retail wireless sales experience or equivalent experience in a retail setting as a key holder or shift leader with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives
  • Growth oriented with a desire to lead others in the sales process to achieve targets and goals
  • Demonstrated success in the sales process and in teaching others how to use and sell wireless technology and services
  • Desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule
  • Bilingual preferred in some markets, but not required
