Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and choose the right items for each order. The position is fast‑paced and requires working in all departments to find and package products.

Order fillers and delivery associates also dispense orders directly to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. Associates must balance online customer orders with in‑store customer needs.

Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
