Position: Inside Sales Representative

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday

Pay Rate: $22/hr – $24/hr DOE

Location: Oceanside, CA

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound calls and emails.
• Maintain a monthly sales goal and work on quotes and customer requests by suggestive selling.
• Enter orders, close sales, and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and work with field sales representatives to develop accounts.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Team with partners to build pipeline and close deals by soliciting new contacts within new and existing accounts.
• Expedite or provide preventive expediting for your customers when necessary.
• Learn and understand customer needs and requirements.
• Attend seminars and trade shows as applicable.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Goal‑oriented with the ability to multi‑task under pressure.
• Strong phone presence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and multi‑task.
