Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive team environment and make a significant impact on the company’s growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone calls and emails.
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to potential clients.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of outbound sales, account management, business development, or high-volume inside sales experience, preferably in industrial, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or related B2B environmen
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships over the phone
  • Strong listener with natural curiosity and the ability to ask good questions that uncover real opportunities
  • Disciplined follow‑up habits and the ability to manage many open conversations at once
  • Comfortable learning technical product lines and translating customer needs into the right next ste
  • Proficient with CRM and ERP systems (Business Central, Service Trade, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Self‑motivated, orginized, and accountable
