Position Overview
You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and execute an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts and deliver clinical brand‑specific presentations of products to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Achieving and/or exceeding targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Developing and building professional relationships with key healthcare professionals in the assigned geography.
- Driving appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull-through within local payers and community healthcare professionals.
- Leveraging insights and knowledge of therapeutic, market, and competitor information to effectively manage business and challenges.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2+ Years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Understanding of navigating healthcare offices.
- Territory sales relationships.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in hypertension, cardiology, or related therapeutic areas.
- Experience calling on long‑term care facilities and cardiologists in the designated territory.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $93,000. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions or bonuses based on company and/or individual performance.
