Customer Service Generalist

Position Overview

We are a small team at the James Brand looking for a B2B & B2C Sales and Service Generalist. This role reports to the Sales Ops Manager and works closely with the entire TJB family. The incumbent thrives in a flexible small‑company environment, delivers individual freedom and accountability, and contributes to the growth and development of our brand.

• Provide customer support and service.
• Handle B2B order support.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with local community events.

• A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a professional environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across many platforms and channels.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and ERP system experience is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to work.
• Experience in retail, fulfillment, and warehouse operations is beneficial.
• Self‑motivated, willing to roll up sleeves, and proactive in achieving results.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to continuous improvement.
