Our new Field Sales Representatives earn between $41,800- $53,530 + $20,000 to $100,000, including the salary and our uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
You'll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided to you. You'll close the deal by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions - keeping customers connected to what matters most to them.
