Swing and Overnight Shifts

Allstate Security is seeking professional and customer service-oriented Rooftop Bar Security Officers to support nightlife operations at Mission Pacific in San Diego. Officers assigned to this position are expected to maintain a strong and professional presence while interacting with guests, staff, and management in a fast‑paced rooftop bar environment.

This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle situations calmly and efficiently. Officers will assist with maintaining a safe environment, monitoring guest activity, checking IDs, supporting bar management, and completing detailed Daily Activity Reports and incident documentation.

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the rooftop bar
• Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with guests and staff
• Check IDs of guests entering the bar area
• Monitor guest behavior and report suspicious or disruptive activity
• Assist bar management with removing unwanted or disruptive individuals when requested
• Support rooftop bar closing procedures and secure the area at the end of operations
• Enforce contract standards, company policies, and site procedures
• Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports accurately and professionally
• Respond to incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently

• Must possess an active BSIS Guard Card
• Must have flexible availability, including swing and overnight shifts
• Must be professional and well‑groomed
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have or be willing to obtain an ABC Server Certification
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Multilingual is a plus
