Compensation & Benefits
Sign‑on bonus of $500 for armed applicants, paid in three installments after the probationary period.
On‑site security compensation (varies by location):
- $16.50 to $17.50 (unarmed)
- $18.00 to $22.00 (armed)
- $20.00+ dollars (based on experience) for armed supervisors or operations managers
- $20.00 to $21.00 for ATM escort armed security (mileage added to hourly rate)
- Open availability, including weekends
- Current permit or license to work in security
- Current weapon or CCW permit for armed positions
- Minimum one year of security experience
- Pass random drug testing
- Read, write, and speak English
- Second language proficiency is a plus
- Good driving record; no DUI for patrol or supervision positions
- Positive personality and ability to work with others
- Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies
- Military service: provide DD‑214 (minimum two years) for applicants with military or law‑enforcement backgrounds
