Maintenance Technician

Overview

Based in north county San Diego, we are growing our team to include an additional Maintenance Technician. Our experienced team offers general maintenance work at contracted properties, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Our next team member may work on their own, with other team members or directly with customers when repairing or maintaining areas in and around their homes. Therefore, must be highly organized, professional and offer good communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills are also required for this position.

• Perform routine maintenance on all building and property systems.
• Clean and assist with upkeep of the property.
• Safely use and operate all necessary hand/power tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Inspect and maintain equipment.
• Execute general repairs that do not require a specialist, including drywall, painting, door repair, carpentry and other building fixtures.
• Assist other team members as required.

• Minimum 2-years experience as Maintenance Technician.
• Comfortable working directly with customers / professional demeanor.
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• General knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
• Capable of working weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driver’s license.

$21 - $24 per hour (DOE) including Health/Dental/Vision benefits and Paid Time Off.

Bonuses offered for after-hours/weekend calls.
