We are seeking a full‑time Sales and HVAC Supervisor to join our professional team in Oceanside, CA. This role offers a commission‑based pay structure designed to maximize earning potential, along with a robust benefits package.

As a Sales and HVAC Supervisor, you will lead by example, working closely with both customers and team members to ensure the highest standards of service. • At least one year of proven sales experience in HVAC or a related industry
• Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to mentor and guide a team
• Excellent communication skills
