• 2+ years of experience working with fleet trucks (CNG), hydraulics, and automotive air conditioning (609 experience is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Own tools
• Availability for a 2‑week training program in Arizona
• Minimum education:
  
  High School or GED
• Over 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
• Successfully complete and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam

• Starting salary: $38.05 per hour with a $2.50 shift differential
• Stable hours for financial stability
• Tool allowance: $1,500 per year
• Boot allowance: $300 per year

• Monday–Friday: 3:00 pm–12:00 am (3rd shift)
• Fridays: 1:00 pm–9:30 pm

  Repair/maintenance shop at Oceanside, CA hauling site

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on vehicles and equipment
• Estimate time and material costs for repairs and new parts
• Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
• Conduct safety checks to protect employees and the public; maintain safety procedures
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and repair times
• Assist senior mechanics with project work
• Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on driver vehicle inspection reports
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate/OSHA standards

• Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing of heavy equipment
• Constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing
• Exposure to cuts, burns, toxic chemicals, and other occupational risks frequently
• Work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, heat, and humidity
• Work inside a garage/shop and at a gas plant under inclement weather and high temperatures
