* ** PRST is hiring a Journeyman Framing Carpenter (Bilingual Preferred) - San Diego, CA*
* Are you an experienced framing carpenter looking for steady work with a respected contractor in the San Diego area? PRST is seeking a skilled Journeyman Framing Carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can work independently on residential and commercial framing projects. This role pays $32-$36 DOE

** Responsibilities:*
* + Layout, measure, and frame walls, floors, and roofs

+ Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

+ Install wood and metal framing components

+ Set trusses, rafters, beams, and structural components

+ Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment

+ Coordinate with project supervisors and other trades on site

** Preferred:*
* + Bilingual (English/Spanish)

+ OSHA 10 Certification

+ Experience leading small crews or mentoring apprentices

+  5+ years of framing carpentry experience

+ Ability to read blueprints and layout work independently

+

Experience with custom homes, multifamily, or commercial projects preferred

+ Own hand tools and reliable transportation

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights

+ Strong work ethic and attendance
