Overview
The Facilities CNC Technician is responsible for the security, maintenance, and services of work related to all departments within the organization. This role includes troubleshooting and diagnosing concerns, ensuring repairs, installs, and replacements are completed, running reports, maintaining inventory, and communicating with the Facilities Manager.
Responsibilities- Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Repair and troubleshoot CNC machines as requested.
- Assist in carrying out ongoing preventative maintenance programs.
- Schedule regular maintenance activities.
- Review work order priorities on a daily basis and ensure they are serviced each day.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs and repairing doors/windows.
- Ensure the facility is in safe condition by employing investigative techniques.
- Inspect vacated areas for signs of tampering or disrepair and ensure all repairs are carried out immediately.
- Oversee the operation of equipment used in performing maintenance work.
- Inspect the building and grounds.
- Maintain periodic logs of general and preventative maintenance activities performed.
- Repair faucets, sinks, drains, valves, water leaks, etc.
- Operate a forklift and scissor lift.
- Perform rough and finish carpentry, drywall repairs, door installation, and painting.
- Coordinate repairs and services in all maintenance related disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make recommendations for repair.
- Perform special assignments as directed by supervision commensurate with experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Must have 5 years of manufacturing experience as a maintenance technician.
- Must have 3 years of CNC machine experience.
- CNC Manufacturing Certification is a plus.
- General Contractors license is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Must have a Valid California Driver License.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

The environment is fast-paced with a focus on meeting production targets and maintaining quality control. Employees are frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. They may be exposed to extreme temperatures, loud noises, chemicals, and other hazards. Physical DemandsThis position may require lifting and carrying varying weights, reaching, bending, standing, walking on normal and uneven surfaces, and other physical activities as described by the job. Specific tasks include handling, repetitive motions, driving, fine dexterity, kneeling, and climbing as needed by maintenance activities.
