We're looking for a skilled, self‑motivated HVAC technician ready to take ownership of their work. You'll run service calls, perform system diagnostics, and represent Earth Air Heating & Cooling with professionalism on every job.

Requirements

EPA 608 Certification required
3+ years hands‑on HVAC experience
Valid CA driver's license with clean record
Strong diagnostic and communication skills
Experience with residential systems preferred

HVAC Technician — Entry Level / Apprentice

Full‑Time Oceanside, CA $18–$24/hr

New to the trade or still building your hours? We grow our own. Join our team as an apprentice, learn from experienced technicians, and build a career you're proud of. We support your path to EPA certification and beyond.

Requirements

Enrolled in or completed an HVAC trade program
Eager to learn and take direction well
Valid CA driver's license
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Physical ability to work in attics and tight spaces

Be the voice of Earth Air Heating & Cooling. You'll handle inbound service calls, schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and help keep our operations running smoothly. We want someone friendly, organized, and genuinely good with people.

1+ years customer service or admin experience
Comfortable with scheduling software
Excellent phone and written communication
