As an HVAC Technician, your day starts from the comfort of your home, where you're dispatched to job sites around Oceanside, CA. You use your technical expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance for our residential customers. • 2+ years of technical experience in systems troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of airflow
• Excellent communication skills and tech-savviness

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot multiple system brands
• A proven track record of delivering solutions

• Location: Dispatch from your home to job sites within a 50-mile radius of Oceanside, CA
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with occasional overtime or weekend shifts to meet demand
