Cornerstone Caregiving in Oceanside, CA is seeking an Overnight Residential Support Specialist / Counselor to supervise at-risk adolescent males, ages 12–18, in a residential setting. This role develops therapeutic and crisis intervention skills while providing direct care and support.
You will supervise overnight shifts, teach and counsel youth, respond to crises, administer medications as directed, and maintain records and a safe living environment in line with licensing standards.
