Position: Warehouse (PM) Load Crew

About the Role

The Warehouse (PM) Load Crew is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate loading and unloading of furniture for each event. This position is responsible for handling products with care, organizing trucks, and preparing goods for timely delivery. The role demands physical stamina and attention to detail to maintain safety standards and prevent damage to inventory. By collaborating closely with warehouse supervisors and leads, the Load Crew helps maintain smooth operational flow and supports overall effectiveness.

Employment Type

Full‑Time / 40 Hours Per Week

Schedule

Monday – Sunday, hours/days will vary (weekend work is REQUIRED); schedule sent out weekly

Time

2:00 PM – 10:30 PM –
* Subject to change and require overtime, particularly on weekends during peak season

Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or retail distribution setting.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
  • Load and unload furniture from trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing loads for accuracy and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Organize and stage furniture in the warehouse to maximize space and maintain order.
  • Receive new inventory, unbox, assemble, and identify if inventory arrived in good condition and report to manager immediately if an item arrived broken or damaged.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory counts and documentation as needed.
