Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School-Based Role

Location: Oceanside, Long Island, NY

Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time | Follows the full school-day schedule

Setting: Public and private school environments - elementary, middle, and high school

We partner with schools across Long Island to provide caring and knowledgeable behavior technicians. If you enjoy working with students and want steady hours that align with the school calendar, we'd love to connect with you.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy and behavioral support throughout the school day under the direction of a BCBA.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student's learning goals.
• Record accurate data on behavior and progress.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors to promote student success.
• Maintain documentation consistent with school and insurance standards.
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training sessions.

• RBT certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• Fieldwork student working towards a BCBA certification (preferred)
• Prior school-based or special education experience (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
• Availability for full school-day schedule
• Reliable transportation to assigned school sites
