Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School-Based Role
Location: Oceanside, Long Island, NY
Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Follows the full school-day schedule
Setting: Public and private school environments - elementary, middle, and high school

Role Responsibilities- Deliver individualized ABA therapy and behavioral support throughout the school day under the direction of a BCBA.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student's learning goals.
- Record accurate data on behavior and progress.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors to promote student success.
- Maintain documentation consistent with school and insurance standards.
- Participate in professional development and ongoing training sessions.
- RBT certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- Fieldwork student working towards a BCBA certification (preferred)
- Prior school-based or special education experience (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
- Availability for full school-day schedule
- Reliable transportation to assigned school sites
