• Certified Home Health Aides (HHA)
• Personal Care Assistants (PCA)
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
• Companion Caregivers

HHA / PCA Pay Rate: $19.10 – $21.00 per hour

CNA & Companion Care Pay: Competitive rates based on role, experience, and case assignment

• Concierge, high-end private-pay cases
• Part-time and full-time opportunities
• Live-in, day, evening, and weekend shifts available
• Short and long shifts available
• Numerous cases throughout Nassau County
• Fast onboarding process to get you working quickly

• Assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Assistance with IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living)
• RN-delegated tasks when applicable
• Companionship and safety supervision

• Valid NYS HHA, PCA, or CNA certification (for certified roles)
• Companion applicants welcome (experience preferred)
• Must reside within Nassau County
• Updated medicals/vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)

• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with dementia or hospice cases
• Flexible availability (weekends or live-in a plus)
• Professional, polished bedside manner
• Strong communication skills and reliability

• Weekly pay every Friday (Direct Deposit, Pay Card, or Paper Check)
• Up to 56 hours of sick time per year (based on hours worked)
• 401(k) with company match (after 1 year / 1,000 hours worked)
• Medical/health benefits (after 1 year / 1,560 hours worked)
• $250 HHA referral bonus
