We’re seeking a Systems & Project Engineer (Level
3) who will own IT support and deployments. This is a 50/50 mix of projects and support, with the opportunity to move into a Service Manager / Team Lead role within 6–12 months. You will be the hands-on technical lead for this client, driving deployments, resolving escalations, and working with remote Tier 2/3 engineers to ensure a seamless IT operation across multiple sites.
- Light networking:
Forti Gate firewalls/routers, VPNs, Uni Fi-style switches and APs - Partner with remote Tier 2/3 engineers to coordinate tasks and ensure timely updates
- Build a relationship with the client; keep a pulse on their IT roadmap and identify areas to improve support
- Maintain clear documentation and follow internal standards
- Assist in operational scaling for new offices as the company expands in Southwest Florida
- MSP experience required.
- Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and cloud-based environments
- Networking fundamentals, firewalls, VPNs, switches/APs
- Level 2–3 technical skillset with project and support experience
- Medical & Dental (BCBS)
