Heat Press Operator Pay

$17.00–$20.00 per hour

Part-Time or Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Heat Press Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, dependable, and able to take ownership of their work without constant supervision. This role will be responsible for operating heat press equipment and producing high-quality decorated apparel and products while ensuring every order meets specifications for placement, appearance, and quality.

• Set up and operate heat press equipment
• Prepare garments and materials for production
• Apply designs, logos, names, numbers, and other graphics accurately
• Follow job orders and production specifications
• Ensure proper placement, alignment, temperature, pressure, and timing
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Identify and correct production or quality issues
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Keep orders and materials organized throughout the production process
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Take responsibility for assigned jobs from setup through completion

• Previous heat press or apparel decoration experience preferred
• Comfortable operating heat press equipment independently
• Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-starter who can stay productive with minimal supervision
• Dependable and responsible
• Able to maintain quality while working efficiently
• Comfortable working in a close-knit, family-oriented environment

Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
