Embroidery Machine Operator
Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour

Full-Time Days | Part-Time or Full-Time Nights | Weekend Availability
We are looking for an experienced, dependable Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.
The Embroidery Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Ricoma embroidery machines, preparing embroidery files, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor Ricoma embroidery machines
- Load garments, thread machines, hoop products, and prepare jobs for production
- Create and prepare DST logo files for embroidery
- Create name and number files for customized embroidery orders
- Review artwork and job specifications before beginning production
- Monitor embroidery quality, placement, thread tension, and consistency
- Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues
- Inspect completed products for accuracy and quality
- Keep work areas, materials, threads, and production orders organized
- Manage multiple jobs and priorities while meeting production deadlines
- Take ownership of assigned work with minimal supervision
- Previous embroidery machine operating experience preferred
- Experience with Ricoma embroidery machines strongly preferred
- Experience creating or working with DST embroidery files
- Experience creating name and number embroidery files
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently as a self-starter
- Ability to work well in a close-knit, family-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and/or weekends depending on schedule
Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
Available schedules may include:
- Full-time day shift
- Part-time night shift
- Full-time night shift
- Weekend hours
