• Configure and manage multi-head embroidery equipment to achieve optimal production output.
• Execute precise hooping, threading, and garment loading to maintain high-volume throughput.
• Translate client artwork into production-ready DST files and manage customized name and numbering layouts.
• Perform critical quality assurance checks on thread tension, design placement, and overall stitch integrity.
• Proactively troubleshoot mechanical or software-related production hurdles to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a highly organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow and accurate order tracking.

• Proven experience operating commercial embroidery machinery.
• Proficiency in preparing and editing DST embroidery files.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex production schedules independently.
• Strong commitment to quality control and meticulous attention to detail.

• Direct experience with Ricoma embroidery systems.
• Background in apparel manufacturing or custom garment decoration.
• Experience with digitizing software for custom embroidery applications.
