Position: 996-Materials Handler I
Compensation

Mount Sinai South Nassau provides a salary range in good faith determination of potential compensation to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.

Position Summary

Summary:

The Materials Handler I distributes all supplies and materials to user departments in a timely and efficient manner. Includes receiving, storage of stock items and distribution in accordance to the policies and procedures of the Materials Management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
Education Required

• Must complete in-house orientation program

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of computer applications.

Experience And Skills

• Speaks, reads and writes English

• Minimum of two years warehouse experience.

• Working knowledge of Computer Applications.

• Heavy lifting required.

License/Certifications
