Accounting Manager – Manufacturing

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

This is a high-impact opportunity to join a growing manufacturing organization at a pivotal stage of transformation. The Accounting Manager will step into a leadership role with full ownership of the accounting function, playing a critical part in stabilizing operations, improving financial reporting, and building scalable processes.

• Oversee full-cycle accounting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Prepare and review financial statements, along with supporting schedules and work papers
• Manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations and variance analysis
• Provide oversight of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Support product costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing-related financial activities
• Review and approve payroll while maintaining oversight of related processes
• Monitor cash activity, manage banking relationships, and ensure proper controls
• Perform detailed account reconciliations, including bank and credit card accounts
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across the accounting function

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong background in manufacturing accounting and product costing
• Experience managing full-cycle accounting in a multi-entity environment
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proven ability to improve processes and operate effectively in a changing environment
• Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Effective communication skills and ability to work closely with leadership
