Salary: $60,000–$70,000

This Staff Accountant role offers the opportunity to join a growing, multi‑entity construction and manufacturing organization in a highly hands‑on environment. The Staff Accountant will gain exposure well beyond traditional accounting, supporting inventory, job costing, and operational processes across multiple business lines.

• Perform full‑cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and month‑end close activities as the Staff Accountant
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy across multiple accounts and entities as the Staff Accountant
• Support job costing and project accounting, including reconciliations and cost tracking, as the Staff Accountant
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and support occasional plant visits as the Staff Accountant
• Partner with operations and internal teams to improve processes, resolve discrepancies, and support reporting and audits as the Staff Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience with strong GAAP and month‑end close exposure
• Experience with or interest in construction, manufacturing, inventory accounting, or job costing

• On-site role with occasional plant visits
• Hands‑on, fast‑paced environment with evolving processes
• Collaborative team with direct leadership exposure
