Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

Serve as a technical accounting resource, providing guidance on GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory standards as the Accounting Manager
Support preparation and review of SEC filings (10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity as the Accounting Manager
Partner cross‑functionally with Legal, Investor Relations, and executive leadership to support financial reporting initiatives as the Accounting Manager
Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of accounting professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and growth as the Accounting Manager

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
2–3 years of public accounting experience with a strong technical accounting foundation
Exposure to SEC reporting and publicly traded environments preferred, but not required
