Key Responsibilities of the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist- Collect, process, and track customer invoices and payments while ensuring accuracy and timeliness as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure the confidentiality of all financial information as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Track Notice to Owner (NTO) documentation and lien release compliance in accordance with Florida lien law as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Monitor collection activity, report status updates, and communicate lien position to management to protect the company's rights as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Support AR reconciliation and maintain organized documentation for audits and internal reporting as the Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
- High school diploma with accounting coursework
- 2–5 years of construction accounts receivable experience, including lien releases and AIA Schedule of Values
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment
