Salary: $100,000 – $115,000
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a well-respected Architecture & Engineering firm in Orlando that is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team, depending on experience. This role offers strong visibility, hands-on involvement in key accounting functions, and a clear path toward leadership.

• Support and help lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and financial reporting
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain project accounting schedules and assist with WIP reporting
• Analyze financial results and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Investigate variances and provide insights to leadership
• Assist with audit support and ensure compliance with internal policies and requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflows
• Partner with leadership on special projects and operational initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with in the AEC industry is required
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
• Strong understanding of project accounting, WIP, and financial reporting
• Experience supporting or leading month-end close and reconciliations
• A motivated professional interested in growing into a leadership role

• Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote)
